2017 Ford Shelby Cobra Shelby Super Snake Convertibl

The exterior is finished in Ruby Red Metallic and accented by matte-black stripes. Equipment includes a black soft top, integrated fog lights, and power mirrors, along with a Shelby hood, front splitter, grille, brake ducts, rocker panels, exhaust tips, and a raised rear spoiler. 

Polished and forged-alloy 20? Shelby wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and extended studs are fitted. The car is equipped with Ford Racing suspension components, and stopping power is provided by slotted discs with red-finished and Shelby-branded calipers at all four corners. 

The cabin features heated, cooled, and power-adjustable front seats trimmed in Ebony leather with embroidered Shelby logos in the headrests. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a reversing camera, illuminated sill plates, cruise control, power windows, and a factory infotainment system with navigation and an optional 12-speaker Shaker sound system. 

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and a central display screen, while Shelby-branded gauges for boost pressure, fuel pressure, and oil pressure are mounted on top of the dashboard. The digital odometer indicates 5k actual miles, all of which were added by Shelby America. 

Dashboard and underhood plaques identify the car as a Super Snake and the individual Shelby Automobiles CSM number is 17SS0121. 

The 5.0-liter V8 was modified by Shelby American with a supercharger and a Borla performance exhaust system. An oil change was performed in April 2021. 

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission. Modifications include a transmission oil cooler, a Wavetrac limited-slip differential, and 3.55:1 gears.
